DAREDEMO HERO Inc. is a child friendly, gender sensitive institution that has value-based and ethically-relationship driven staff, which works professionally and helps contribute in producing skilled and professional youths to become competent and responsible leaders with culturally defined standards

DAREDEMO HERO Inc. envisions children and youth beneficiaries to become competent and responsible leaders locally and abroad.

1. Offer educational services to selected under- privileged and highly motivated students/children in chosen areas.

2. Access sensible needs-based programs and services to less fortunate children and families in a rights-based framework

3. Provide necessary assistance to communities and local institutions which are experiencing stressful events like man-made and natural calamities.

4. Strengthen partnership with families, local government units, and other stakeholders in the community.

DAREDEMO HERO Inc. vows to uphold the following values in implementing their mission, goals and objectives.

Collaboration: Living in the spirit of togetherness and a belief that there is nothing we can do by ourselves alone. 

1. To help underprivileged but highly motivated students and children from the chosen areas in the Cities of Cebu and Mandaue to pursue education or schooling up to tertiary level through the scholarship program of this organization.

2. To provide access and opportunities to student-beneficiaries (scholars) in showing and practicing leadership skills by mingling or social interaction with Japanese and other volunteers through the cultural exchange program of this organization.

3. To extend emergency assistance to people and communities who are beset with calamities and other adversities in life.

4. To build and strengthen network and alliances with local institutions like schools, local government units, and other like- minded organizations in order to link student-beneficiaries for other needed support services. 

1. Program beneficiaries occupy leadership positions in local organizations/institutions and even internationally.

2. Program beneficiaries gained professions of their own choice.

3. Program beneficiaries obtained adequate education for employment or livelihood opportunities.

4. Communities and individuals/families are extended emergency assistance and livelihood opportunities specifically those who are affected with calamities.

5. Network or alliances with like-minded individuals and institutions are established as a mechanism for collaboration as shown in the signed Memorandum of Agreements or Understanding.
